How soon can I get the finished files back?
That depends on our workload and the number of photos you have. It typically takes less than one week to complete an average size order.
How do I get the completed files?
The completed files will be uploaded to the web in a temporary folder. We will send you the web address for download.
Do you do scanning?
Yes. See instructions in the order form.
What file formats do you support?
We support the following file formats: JPEG (.jpg), EPS (.eps), bitmap (.bmp), and Photoshop (.psd).
