What is your volume discount?
The amount of discount depends on many factors such as the number of photos, repeat customers, etc. Please email us for more information.
Will I get my disks back?
Sorry, disks are now so inexpensive that it is impractical to ship.
How soon can I get the photos back?
That depends on our workload and the number of photos you have. It typically takes less than one week to complete an average order.
How do I get the completed files?
The completed files will be uploaded to the Web. We will send you the Web address for downloading.
Do you do any scanning?
Yes, email us for details.
What file formats do you support?
We support the following file formats: JPEG (.jpg), GIF (.gif), EPS (.eps), bitmap (.bmp), and Photoshop (.psd).
What are you planning to do with my order form information?
